Is KYC required for new customers?
As long as your payment is not marked as high risk by PayPal or our credit card provider, and you do not provide obviously fake information, KYC is not necessary. We need to collect data for legal reasons in cases of potential server abuse, as well as for accounting purposes. If we detect obvious data misuse, such as entries like John Doe, Any Street, New York, etc., KYC will be required.
Which servers are resold and which servers are from Evolushost itself?
Servers in Nuremberg, Falkenstein, and Helsinki are resold servers from Hetzner.
Servers in Australia, Canada, France, England, Poland, and Singapore are resold servers from OVH.
Servers located in Vienna/Austria, as well as Berlin and Rotterdam, are our own hardware in premium data centers on-site.
Flexible payments and contracts
All servers offered by Hetzner and OVH, as well as our own in the locations Vienna/Austria and Berlin, are prepaid so that they never owe us anything. If you do not pay for your server, it will not be renewed. You can choose from many payment options:
